The 2K and 5K courses follow a series of single track trails and cart paths with a very brief road section on the 5K course. Surfaces include grass, packed trail, gravel, cobbles and asphalt. Elevation-wise the course is an even mixture of ascents, descents and flats. The 10K course is simply a double run of the the 5K course. A map of the 5K course can be found below.
